I currently support the planning and management of custom-programs offered by Penn Carey Law's LEP office. I also conduct research to help develop programs offered to diverse audiences, including high school students and judges nationwide.

Greeted customers upon arrival, while managing vehicle parking, while also handling pick-ups and deliveries from various locations. I also worked alongside the Service Department to meet immediate needs. Managed and supervised shift teams to maintain policy enforcement and shift standards.

Conducted research on the population of homeless youth in Camden County, New Jersey. Created a detailed survey that was sent to 20+ district liaisons and used their responses to improve Camden County schools. Also, developed a detailed pilot program proposal for the introduction of a yearly service fair for McKinney-Vento eligible families in Camden County.

Studied alongside of the Camden County's Division of Community Development and the Youth Services Commission to better understand community development in urban cities.

Assisted in classroom instruction and student development, leading to increased reading proficiency and enhanced math comprehension among students entering the first grade.

Led and collaborated with other team members to ensure a fun and safe environment for campers aged 4-12. Organized activities, supervised campers, and encouraged child development through recreational and educational activities.
