In over 20 years within the software and technology sector, primarily SaaS, I've had the privilege of being part of incredible teams that transformed ideas into companies with significant impact. From the ground up, I've contributed to the journey of startups becoming industry leaders and helped build two $1B+ valuation companies as the VP of Sales, including Bluecore as a founding team member and during the rapid growth phase of Attentive from series C to over $450M in revenue.My experience has been enriched by the opportunity to lead GTM strategies, where I've learned the importance of collaboration, innovation, and resilience. Managing diverse teams across sales, marketing, and customer success has taught me that the strength of a company lies in its people (the people make the party!).Currently, as I spend a year (23/24) in Spain, absorbing new cultures and perspectives with my family, I am also an operating partner at Ascend VC, where I support the next generation of AI and ML startups. This time has allowed me to reflect on my journey and the kind of challenges I want to tackle next.As I look toward returning to Seattle in early July 2024, I am open to opportunities where I can apply my experience as a GTM leader or step into a CEO role to fuel revenue growth.
