I provide support for the operations manager by helping with her tasks and attend senior meetings the relay the information. I examine MI and use this information within my coaching and to report back to seniors on areas that could be improved and how. Show less

I work onboard the Flagship of the fleet in the hospitality areas, such as the onboard shops and restaurants. My main places of work are the Michael Caine owned Langan’s Brasserie providing outstanding waiter service whilst supporting management when required, also the reception desk acting as the first port of call for passenger and crew enquires as well as dealing with passenger manifest and other important documentation and officer information.
