IT Project Manager• Managing technical resources, hosting meetings, assisting with budget, creating and managing project plans. Coordinating with business on scheduling project and change management activities.• Managing PMO and reducing costs and improving project efficiencies through centralized services and by implementing standardization. • Outline project requirements using the business system life cycle, for strategic systems initiatives, including designing internet web pages.• Ensure that all problems are communicated to members of the project team including Technical Analysts, Project Managers and/or Quality Assurance Analysts.• Conduct “lessons learned” session to review positive and negative aspects of project phasesSenior Incident, Problem and Change Management Analyst• Adapt ITIL best practices to achieve business objectives, which are the cornerstone for improving the quality, reliability and maintenance of IT infrastructures.• Prepare Incident, Problem and Change Management policies manual and analyze new software for CM.• Administer rules and regulations for non-compliance changes in production environment.• Review problems and incidents to find root cause and recommend fixes.• Update Configuration Items (CIs) associated with the IT infrastructure – i.e. versions, location, documentation, components and the relationships between them.• Structure and maintain metrics reports for Senior ManagementSOX Compliance• Implement SOX compliance rules and regulations throughout the company.• Analyze and coordinate schedule incidents and changes for SOX compliance and potential conflicts.• Complete all documentation, training and daily SOX compliance, including daily Change Review Board sessions and related communications for all environments.• Report to internal and external auditors (PwC)..
