I am a highly organised and capable Capex Project Manager with extensive experience in undertaking Capex projects within a “live” retirement village environment. I have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across various sites, with extensive experience in managing projects from concept to completion, engaging with all internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and authorities.I am proactive, and able to collaborate within a team or work autonomously. I provide project management tools, resources, and advice to support small to medium sized Capex projects through to completion. I ensure projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered on time, budget and to required quality specification.Below is an overview of my key Competencies and Experience to demonstrate my fit as aligned to the role of Project Manager Capex / Property: Experience in Project Management – • Demonstrated expertise to support the operations teams in creating and monitoring Capex projects against time, cost, and quality requirements. • Provided project management expertise for the delivery of the annual Capex delivery plan (for example, $2.5m - $3.0m across 12-15 projects) from project inception to completion in partnership with all stakeholders. Refurbishment Projects – • Successfully provided project management tools, resources, and advice to support small to medium sized Capex projects ($50,000 to $1million) through to completion. • Proven ability to drive delivery of the unit refurbishment program for NSW and manage the contractors to strict KPI’s through partnering and contract management. Communications and Stakeholder Engagement – • Skillfully manages and contributes to relationships with key stakeholder groups as required (i.e., contractors, consultants, approval authorities) to achieve required business outcome.• Establishes partnering relationships with relevant external contractors, consultants, and suppliers to facilitate cost, value and/ or program efficiencies. Attention to Detail and Quality – • Demonstrated ability and experience in ensuring all documentation is correct through constant review.• Proven ability to set a standard of quality and finish for completed works that needs to be achieved and maintained during the works.
