Gavin Judd is the founding Academic Director of Humanitree Middle and High School, in Mexico City. He has 28 years’ experience in education, as a teacher and both a middle and senior leader, teaching in such culturally diverse places as Colombia, Mexico and the UK. He holds an honours degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Portsmouth, a PGCE from the University of East Anglia and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Leicester. In addition to this, he is a certified COBIS Peer Accreditor. His areas of expertise lie in curriculum development, school leadership and learning in new school building designs for the 21st century. Humanitree opened its state of the art, Rosan Bosch Studio campus in September 2023.Prior to arriving in Mexico in 2006 he worked in Norfolk, UK, in countywide coaching projects to improve teaching and learning, and collaborated on Media and Technology, as part of BBC Creative Partnerships in Norfolk schools.
