End User Support Specialist
CurrentAs an EUC* Specialist I am responsible for the technical support for multiple UofL locations. I manage a ticket bucket regarding Incidents and Requests for these locations. I troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues experienced in clinical environments. In my time with UofL I have volunteered myself to continue my responsibilities from Epic Technician as well as assisting on many more projects and working with other technical teams. Within the company I am considered a point of contact for troubleshooting and deploying the Epic EHR.

Hired on a contract, I learned to setup, deploy and preform a technical dress rehearsal in out-patient medical facilities for the implementation of the Epic EHR. During my time, I had to become a source of knowledge for troubleshooting any issues occurred during the technical dress rehearsal. Preformed walkthroughs of clinics and interfaced with the appropriate teams and individuals to ensure the clinic was ready for Epic.
