During my early childhood years, I was captivated by gadgets. I steadily developed a passion for understanding the marriage between hardware and software, and how they work together in unison. As my knowledge expanded, I became even more interested in other areas of our connected world. This led to my path into networking and how it connected us. Then, I noticed the growth of data and its projections. It was like nostalgia, recollecting my sports statistician days. My audacity to learn quickly continued as I was destined for a career in Information Technology. As data continued to evolve, accessibility and security became a concern. This led me to explore and understand cloud technologies, and the challenges of securing data and other components within an infrastructure.When appropriate, I take the initiative in driving projects and decision making – whether working in an office or remotely. My love for working in teams, while also enjoying the challenges of working independently, inspired me to start my own company. This experience afforded me the opportunity to manage business operations, logistics, web and data analytics, sales forecasting and people. I successfully generated revenue growth year-over-year, while also forecasting and creating marketing campaigns. The most important takeaway for me so far in IT is the gratification in customer satisfaction and the pleasure to work daily towards customer success. In my current role, I provide technical expertise and account management. The key to my success is the relationships built and developing solutions to solve customer challenges.
