CurrentIn my first client side role my work concentrates on the care and repair of Grade I, II* and II listed historic buildings, structures and landscapes. Project management and contract administration of repair and refurbishment works and a key technical role in a large new build visitor centre including car parking, access and utilities infrastructure, Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations applications. Cost forecasting and control plus budget holder responsibility. Wide ranging stakeholder management including colleagues of various disciplines, tenants, members and visitors, external consultants and contractors, statutory bodies, special interest groups and the general public. Day to day problem solving and support for consultancy colleagues and operations teams managing our visitor and non-visitor sites.
