After 40 years working for other companies, I’ve decided that it is time to set up on my own, so that I can work on the projects and areas that interest me, and so that I can manage my workload as I eventually (but not yet!) move towards retirement.Over the years I have been fortunate to work on a wide range of projects, from multi-million pound mixed use developments in London, to an airfield in the Falklands and a church re-ordering in Bradford-On-Avon. Throughout my career I’ve gained a wide range of MEP skills and knowledge.During the last few years at Gleeds, working as part of the Building Surveying team I’ve gained an appreciation of the requirements for carrying out Condition and TDD surveys and inspections, over the years there isn’t much I haven’t seen before in the way of MEP systems and installations.My plan is to provide MEP Design and Technical support to Clients, Architects and anyone who needs MEP support, as well as carrying out MEP Condition and TDD Inspections, and providing Resident Engineer inspections and reports for projects on site.If you would like to discuss how I can help with any of the above, please contact me.
