Gavin has had decades of experience and has been actively involved in many facets of real estate including residential sales, auctions, land and development sites. He holds a current real estate managers license and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia. He has been involved in various managerial roles throughout his real estate career and was the director of G P Langridge Real Estate for 26 years.Gavin believes the single, most important thing he can tell you is 'to do the right thing'. It’s literally the cornerstone of everything he does.
