Responsible for developing test code and tools for high-volume flash memory (NAND/NOR) technologies.· Design, development, and support of backend test code for product validation and production· Understanding product features and capabilities to develop the most efficient test code· Continuous improvement to test code by reducing test time and increasing test coverage· Data analysis· Failure analysis· Product qualification, and establishment of manufacturability prior to product ramp.· Develop and support backend scripts and tools for data analysis, and data visualization.

-Lead developer building automated test platforms and fixtures for repeatable data/measurement/ characterization collection for sensors and sensing electronics.-Create, enhance, and maintain overall testing infrastructure.-Generate test reports, test cases, and perform statistical analysis on tested units.
