Gavin was actively involved in PPP infrastructure projects in Canada which have included risk assessments and deal structuring, financial analysis and business cases, payment mechanisms, evaluation frameworks, and overall project management.

Responsible for the design of the power supply and distribution system for the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (Project size: $5.3 billion)- Innovative approaches: developed a VBA program that accelerated the design process of the overhead catenary system (OCS) equipment - Time management: Ensured the submissions of design packages are on schedule while designing and drafting key design drawings- Initiative in client service: Initiated 3D design simulation for support infrastructures for better demonstration and visualization for our construction partners/clients
