As CEO, I play an integral role in managing entire company in all aspects and business units. This includes sales engagement, managing account balance sheet, company vision/mission, strategies, regional expansion, operation and employees’ well-being. During my time in Dell (which later become Dell EMC), I am responsible for overall cloud business in Malaysia on top of executing business as Global Compute & Network's business manager for global and commercial accounts.Other scopes includes:• Lead cloud initiatives and business for Malaysia and Singapore• Drive Microsoft cloud sales engagement with Dell EMC• Formulate channel strategies on cloud to go to market• Managing sales for compute and network for Global Accounts / Large Commercials• Assist on Cloud Financial OPEX model and structure• Azure Stack local productization

• Country lead for cloud technical and business initiative• Architect complex solutions (Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Big Data)• Drive enterprise business in Large Enterprise segment to its closure• Provides pre-sales technical consulting on Dell's Enterprise technologies and Service capabilities• Taking the customer's technical, financial and business requirements into consideration in order to recommend an optimal configuration

• New account acquisition and existing business development focusing on the manufacturing & transportation Sector • Orchestrate resources and build virtual teams committed to and accountable for client's success (include partners)• Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management (include enteprise accounts till smb)• Ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide IT decision support to global organizations• Map customers' requirement/project to Symantec portfolio; Security, Endpoint Management, Backup, Availability• Propose complete bill of materials (hardware, software, implementation) to all projects• Build excellent client relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic input to their business

• Drive, meet and exceed Dell enterprise quota• Coach and Drive inside sales reps in selling Dell Enterprise products and solutions• Involve in events to showcase new technologies and solutions• Responsible for SMB Relationship accounts in Malaysia (March 2008 - July 2010) and Singapore (August - May 2010) on Enterprise business• Architect and sell a complex Dell Enterprise solution• Responsible for taking customer's technical, financial and business requirements into consideration in order to recommend an optimal configuration, utilizing the scope of Dell's capabilities for providing Enterprise solutions

• Responsible for HP Proliant installation, configuration, support and trouble shooting• Assist in HP's Storage Area Network (SAN) installation and support• Be on standby for mission critical incidents in nothern region Malaysia• Lead technical team in technical support for consumer products (both service centre and onsite team)• Involve in several key projects such as Intel's blades installation, Seagate's wireless escalation and SK-II maintenance
