I founded King's Phase Technologies during my MSc degree thinking that monitoring one's health condition via breath is simple. This led me to study gas sensors and nanomaterial fabrication and eventually landed me in a Ph.D. program. I filed a patent on the fabrication method of MEMS-based semiconductor gas sensors and soon found out one's breath is far more complicated than I imagined. I became an expert on breath analysis with gas sensors for health condition monitoring including fat metabolism, glucose level, ethanol intoxication, overall metabolism and etc. My Ph.D. work strives to translate what I have learned into the company I founded. Now I have filed another patent and it is a technology that will change how one can monitor their loved one's health.
