Film Ocean Ltd is an independent ROV and media services company specialising in providing innovative, cost effective subsea solutions to the global oil, gas and renewable sectors. Reporting directly to the company Directors, my role within the company initially was as project manager, of which I managed multiple complex projects simultaneously. Solely take ownership of individual contracts communicating project objectives and dealing with all commercial, technical and logistics challenges associated with the execution any given Contract. Maintaining good working relationships with clients, while providing support to both onshore and offshore projects. PROJECT EXPERIENCE• £1.1Million Wind Farm mono-pile cleaning and UT inspection operation.• Full mooring system integrity work-scope on the Shell Bonga FPSO worth over £1Million.• Develop and manage complex engineering subsea projects from design development into production, including bespoke hydraulic cutter, vessel thruster isolation device, inflatable plugging. Average project value is above £100,000.As I gained experience within the Oil and Gas sector, my responsibilities increased and I am now responsible for all day to day operations and all staff, overseeing personnel development and recruitment. I designed and executed an office and workshop base move to a bespoke premise. • A key achievement in the building of Film-Ocean, is that I Implemented all Quality Management System, procedures and policies in accordance with ISO9001, gaining official accreditation. I am now responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of the standard.• Manage all Accreditation Audits for DNV, Lloyds and FPAL.• I Generate all project planning documentation, including timing plans, method statements and procedures, logistical paperwork and profit/loss spread sheets etc.• Manage the legal and contractual requirements on the projects.• Overall responsibility for the financial performance.• Develop new business leads.

My position as Product Project manager entailed Managing the entire project via AQP/NPDS -hold team accountable to the milestone process, ensuring projects fall within the scope of internal and customer expectations, whilst controlling internal/customer Process Change and VA/VE activity.PROJECT EXPERIENCE• Manage £3Million Alfa Romeo 940 Giulietta project from conceptual design, through development, validation and into mass production, successfully on time and within budget, maintaining required 10% profit margin target. Coordinate team activity from UK & Poland manufacturing sites, Coventry design office, Newark European test centre and Italian Sales/applications engineering into FIAT GROUP ITALIA design centre at Turin and Cassino Manufacturing Plant. The Alfa 940 project included the sourcing and commissioning of production line facilities in Japan for 6 weeks.• Work with NSK France sales and engineering, UK design and internal manufacturing team to pro-actively deliver the Renault £4Million X91 Laguna Project on time, on budget with low process downtime and none right first time levels• Successfully control the internal RFQ requirements to attain the future business of 2011 Honda Civic.• Successfully manage the transfer of all manufacturing facilities from NSK UK to NSK Poland due to the Plant closure in extremely challenging circumstances, ensuring no disruptions to customer delivery and no reduction in customer quality performance.

NSK Steering Systems Europe is a world-leading manufacturer in automotive steering columns.I was initially employed as a QA Engineer, directly involved with all aspects of Safety Critical Automotive Quality Assurance Engineering.My responsibility was for BMW mini/Nissan Terrano Steering Columns and Nissan Pathfinder/Navarro CV Joint manufacturing production lines. I also managed customer quality liaison: For this I Managed a multi-customer base on a global scale, solving zero mileage and warranty concerns using 8D approach, root cause identification and countermeasure implementation. In my time in Quality for NSK, I managed a multi-commodity supply chain on global scale, consistently travelling within Europe and the rest of the world, auditing and approving new suppliers. I spent 6 Months in India over multiple visits, developing and auditing a suppliers.Reporting to the Global Purchasing Manager, I was promoted to Supplier Development Engineer, of which I was responsible for improving the suppliers of both manufacturing plants in UK and Poland, through implementing lean manufacturing principles by using the following tools; 4S/4C (5S/5C), 7 Wastes, Visual Management, Standard Operations, 7 Measures, Problem Solving, Consideration for line layout, Line balance, Set up time reduction, Quality Standards, Data Analysis, Cost Reduction, H&S.

Black and Decker is a global leader in the manufacturing of indoor and outdoor consumer and professional power tools.My initial employment was as a trainee time served dual skilled (electrical/mechanical) technician, for this I served a four-year apprenticeship. This included one–year off-site training at South-West Durham Training. In this time, I achieved vocational qualifications up to HND level, while gaining on the job technical experience. Once I had completed my apprenticeship, I progressed to engineer status via completing a BEng in Manufacturing Systems and furthering my experience in various engineering capacities.During my eight years working at B&D, I was involved in all aspects of FMCG industry. Working within an overall staff of approximately 3000 people, my roles ranged from dual skilled maintenance technician, Manufacturing & Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Advanced Quality Planning Engineer.I had the pleasure of working on a global scale, travelling throughout Europe consistently to audit suppliers and review manufacturing processes.
