Highlights: Worked with the team on how the University could market itself during the Transition week and make it a less of an anxious time for new students. Primarily using a survey and conducting selective interviews to gain more precise answers. Ending up with a new design for the Transition week that the University can implement which new students would feel more comfortable with and keep the University’s retention levels high. Using Adobe Creative Suite created videos for the external examiners of the dissertation presentations and a variety of images that were used to promote the new MSc course. Promoted the new MSc course through a range of marketing materials ranging from social media to information pages on the University website; Email marketing was used to market the course to previous students who did related courses surrounding the subject the course was about. The course intake achieved more than was needed to make it profitable.
