I am currently the after-sales manager at RRG Toyota Bolton and in my time there we have achieved many great things , before that I took the after-sales manager position at RRG Kia Bury and helped rebuild the after-sales team for a period of 4 years. I have also held the assistant manager position at RRG Toyota Rochdale and has a massive impact on growing the retail business and achieving the highest customer service award possible for Toyota. I have also covered service advisors roles. I was also a full Toyota trained technician and mot tester.
