• Responsible for design, CAD drawing inception, Valve Design(pilot check in house), BOM creation, and trouble shooting.• Circuit design including working with valves, actuators, flow controls, flow dividers, pressure reducing, and decompress valves. • Engineer and Build Actuators to industry tolerance.• Developed CAD hydraulic schematics for 5 years and worked with supply houses to develop the control logistics with end users and maintenance. Developed these circuits with electric control, automation, and actuator controls before inception.

Industrial Electricity Tech - EMPCO Erie Mill and Press Co. 1999-Present• Responsible for assembling panels, wiring, layout, and design of ladder diagrams. • Utilized knowledge of contactors, coils, pushbutton(AB), interlock, master control relays, timers(Eagle), Mercury Switches(temperature), transformers, panduit raceway, and sequencing. • Troubleshoot and program PLC utilizing RSLogix Software and PanelBuilder 32 Software for SLC series, Micrologix, and Panelview Hardware.

• Responsible for all design engineering with potential/ existing customers within my territories • Engineered large compression presses machinery, mixing mills, automated laminating lines, recycling mills, high pressure steel straightening presses, battery process lines, and hydraulic systems for rubber, plastics, steel forming, and battery industries • Ran structural stress calculations and deflection calculations to develop correct steel fabrications design for high tonnage applications• Designed specialty loading unloading systems with linear position design, tension control, encoder feedback, and variable speed control. • Modified existing and rebuilt machines for new applications.• Completed detailed print books, operational hand books, and hydraulic circuit design.• Design included: AC/DC(variable speed and constant speed) motor application, PLC(AB Micrologic series) application, Ladder diagramming and trouble shooting, hydraulic schematic design, automation, bearing tolerancing, motor drive conception, electrical panel designs, customer function spec. inclusion (All design done with free hand drafting DesignCad, Autocad 14, Autocad 2000, Autocad 2005LT mediums)
