Responsibilities Include:- Project Management assistance with all Financial, Budgetary, Insurance,Legal, and Client Satisfaction tasks associated with each project - Managing all company employee salaries, benefits, processes, and software integration -Responsible for all marketing and business development opportunities.-Developing, Managing, and Adhering to the company operating Budget.- Creating an experienced and cohesive team of Construction Professionals with the goal of delivering the highest level customer experience possible.-Created company website and created and manage all company social media and media marketing.

Aiding Project Managers with large scale custom home building projects.- Leading company wide implementation of Buildertrend Construction Software -Assisting with RFIs and Submittals to Architects and Designers.-General assistance with admin work related to project tasks such as budgeting, take-offs, management, and procurement-Assisting in the development of construction schedules, as well as communicating and scheduling trades for completion of work -Responsible for recording daily work logs with detailed records of onsite tasks performed by team members and trade partners.

Worked Directly with the Director of Operations assisting in the executive management and execution of $60 Million + of High End Residential Construction Projects in and throughout Fairfield County Connecticut and Westchester County New York.Daily Tasks and Projects included but were not limited too:- Creating RFI / RFA / Submittals for Architect and Client Review- Codifying Job Costs to their respective AIA budget line items- On Site Project Management of Custom Home Builds responsible for the Supervision of 10-30 Tradesman on a daily basis. -Worked with Project Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members to schedule labor and tradesman for project execution.-Take offs and Material orders for both rough materials and high end luxury materials for project execution.
