I have worked in the logistics and distribution sector since 1990. I have experience in high activity multi drop operations and also business to business all Ireland and UK operations. I have been involved in Management Buy Out process and served as member of the main Board in previous roles. During the last 24 years I have developed and led a successful VMI warehouse operation with full responsibility for P&L management. Team building and employee support has been a major contributor to the ongoing success of the current operation. The operation has global reach bringing manufacturing components to close proximity for businesses to allow Just In Time supply to local manufacturers.
