The businesses and brands included the revitalization and transformation of the company's flagship and parent brand, Flight Centre Brand in the Canadian market. I was charged with leading its brick & mortar, e-commerce, wholesale, business, group and independent agent strategy. In addition to leading the Flight Centre Brand and speciality divisions, I led the English-speaking expansion of our premium and luxury brand, Laurier du Vallon. The complete operation spanned the country with 100+ teams and stores made up of more than 1000 employees and total sales of more than $800m. My team and I led the business to record breaking profit improvement in 2018 largely driven by a redesign of the business model, efficiency in cost and investment, the development of unique purpose driven customer offers and greater sense of vision, common goals and community across the country.
