The businesses and brands included the revitalization and transformation of the company's flagship and parent brand, Flight Centre Brand in the Canadian market. In addition to leading the Flight Centre Brand and speciality divisions, I led the English-speaking expansion of our premium and luxury brand, Laurier du Vallon. The complete operation spanned the country with 100+ teams and stores made up of more than 1000 employees and total sales of more than $800m. My team and I led the business to record breaking profit improvement in 2018 largely driven by a redesign of the business model, efficiency in cost and investment, the development of unique purpose driven customer offers and greater sense of vision, common goals and community across the country. -
