This enables us collectively to reach out to inequality groups to vaccinate them. I have had a number of calls with various NHS trusts in the East of England who run similar services to share and generate ideas on how best to serve these cohorts of patients.As is, to be, analysis including current state process mapping, to be process improvement planning, department requirements collated and documented, demand & capacity analysis, detailed documentation of systems required for operation, baseline costs for future model project delivery plan and risk, issues, assumptions and dependencies document produced. I have undertaken detailed data analysis after all roving model visits to understand the demographic of patients attending and also to establish if it was the 1st, 2nd or booster dose that was administered to report back to the vaccine inequalities oversight group.
