I monitor counter sales as well as competition sales in the department and drive sales by consistently coaching, training staff and demonstrating outstanding service, sales skills and best practice. I was appointed to Holt Renfrew’s flagship store in Toronto, in a newly created specialized managerial position of Custom Blend Business Manager/ Master Blender.As Custom Blend Master Blender I used my expert knowledge of colour to blend exact match Foundation, Powder, Concealer, Bronzer, and Tinted Moisturizer by hand as well as make custom Lip gloss and Lipstick.. I also have measurable success in growing the Custom Blend business in terms of recruiting new customers, servicing, advising and selling Custom Blend to existing customers.
