As the Director of Training at Agave & Rye, I oversee the training and development of all staff members across multiple concepts & all locations. I have been with the company for over four years, starting as a host, then working through the ranks then becoming the Director of Training for Epic Brands. I have developed skills in team motivation, training and development, and problem solving, which I use to create and implement effective training programs that align with the company's mission, values, and goals. I have lead & oversaw the launch of numerous New Restaurant Openings with over 200+ new employees & managers. I am passionate about the hospitality industry and the field of learning and development, and I strive to deliver exceptional service and quality to our guests and employees.
