Manufacturing Team Lead
CurrentAs a proactive leader overseeing the production of a high volume of precision parts within tight tolerances, I manage a team operating 3× 12 pallet Matsurra machines and 6 pallet Matsurra CNC machines. In this fast-paced environment, I actively participate in daily production and planning meetings with the production manager, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of goals. I am responsible for setting up and fine-tuning new parts, as well as training new team members and apprentices to uphold quality standards and production efficiency. By optimizing machine utilization, implementing quality control measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I partake in maintaining operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process.
