I have recently assumed this role due to my past catering experience. The position includes preparing and cooking various fine cuisines for off-site catering events across the Boston area. Our team drives to off-site locations with all needed supplies including extra in case of any unplanned changes. We set up a kitchen and bar area from which our servers transport food and alcoholic beverages. Our team strives to ensure that all clients wants and needs are satisfied according to pre established plans.

My role as warehouse manager involved ensuring incoming shipment orders were processed and making sure that inventory was accounted for. Making sure inventory and products were being properly handled and assisting customers find their desired product while answering questions was another important aspect of the position. Communication was a crucial skill due to the sizeable facility which included both large indoor and outdoor areas to ensure that all customers were being provided the help and care they needed.

This role involved managing incoming orders to retail store location. I assumed the responsibilities of accounting for inventory alongside providing customers with helpful suggestions and information when inquiring about in-store products. My responsibilities also included informing customers about company-wide inventive programs that contributed to customer loyalty and satisfaction. Achievements included many positive customer reviews left on the store website and a high number of employee referral codes for assisting customers with applying for company-wide loyalty programs.
