Key Responsibilities:● Recognised as one of the first Area Managers to assist with the generation of a new concept of Phoneshops within Tesco; played a key role within the team to grow an estate from 37 shops to approx. 600 with approx. 11% UK market share for Pay Monthly customer base● Mentored and coached teams to deliver Group Profit via several KPIs● Reporting directly to the Senior Operation Manager for the UK● Full P&L responsibility for 19 stores in Yorkshire and Lincs region, which delivered circa £13m Profit in 2014/15● Acted as the People representative for the North AM’s, involved in leading Assessments centres for Senior Managers● Developed and executed company training program that is still delivered across the estateKey Achievements:● Awarded Area Manager of the year 2011/12/13 – based on KPI performance● Led the People stream for Lincoln Connected project – collaborating with designers, Training team, external businesses and many internal stakeholders from direct reports through to CEO level● Assisted with the creation and design of training program for colleagues relating to a new “Customer journey” for Lincoln ● Collaborated with Director’s and Central Operations team relating to ideal budgets and ways of working at Christmas ● Opened 20+ Phoneshops which involved the on boarding of store teams, recruitment, training, and designing shops● Completed the WL3 Options program – Senior Operations Manager level
