My knowledge has been gained over 30 years, 16 years managing array of contracts and environments with varying security, service and cultural requirements. As a seasoned security professional I bring extensive knowledge to whichever role I undertake. My experience in the security industry ranges from the grass roots level up to my previous position as South West Regiinal Manager.I strongly believe in a hands on and personable approach to management and leadership, an asset to whatever team or project I'm involved with. I am a licensed Security Officer, Body Guard, Workplace Trainer, registered Security Advisor and have gained a Diploma in Security Management. I have a strong belief in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED), Situational and Perception Awareness and leading from the front. Excellent people management skills, a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement are at the core of my success in the security field.
