A cheerful User Experience/ Visual Designer with 8 years of experience and knowledge in the field of design. Having been exposed to different fields of design such as User Experience, Branding, Advertising, Layout design, and Web design, I have acquired knowledge of the design process, handling critiques, and stakeholder management. I hold pride in design standards and am proficient in handling work with Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects.-I also have the ability to learn and adapt quickly to my surroundings be it work environment, handling new software or meeting new people. From having worked with many different committees in Singapore Polytechnic's Design School Club (DSC) (as part of its 2018 Main Committee) to working on different Investment and Insurance (I&I) projects during my time at DBS Bank, I have exposure and experience of working with different groups of people. Despite the different working styles within the teams, I believe that my flexible and easy-going personality played a huge factor in allowing me to adapt smoothly to my work environment. While serving the country, I worked as an Armament (Turret) Technician in charge of servicing military A-vehicles. I have the exposure to working under stress and time constraints as the job scope involved maintenance in drastic environments. I believe that this experience is significant in shaping me to be flexible and composed even in the direst of situations.Currently, a fresh graduate of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, with First Class Honours in Bachelor’s in Design Practice (Communication). I am proud and excited to have been a part of the pioneering batch of students taking this course in collaboration with the University of Arts, London. -Good design is as little design as possible. But good food is as much food as possible!
