In my current role I lead on the attainment and outcomes of the school’s higher prior attainers. I have successfully established a Combined Cadet Force Contingent under the MoD/DfE Cadet Expansion Programme and embedded the Duke of Edinburgh's Award within the school.Beyond the school setting, I have served for 10 years as a Training Officer and Senior Training Officer, collaborating with the Royal Navy in Manchester and Salford Universities Royal Naval Unit. This experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of training and leadership.To further enhance my professional growth, I have completed an MA in Education, NPQML, NPQSL and the CMI L5 Certificate in Management and Leadership. These qualifications have equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in educational leadership and management.I am passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential and providing them with the necessary tools for success.
