·As project manager, completing an Oracle EBS upgrade (12.1 to 12.2, Ancestry.com) as well as load lift and shifts to OCI for the City of Las Vegas and Ancestry (upgrading from Linux 6 and 7 to 8). All projects were on time and under budget. In progress – King County lift and shift, Linux 7 upgrade.·As engagement executive, developed contracts, proposals and project plans for new and existing clients, contract staff and Arisant managed services personnel.·Annually prepared, planned, and conducted the multi-day Oracle Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) audit certifying Arisant can build, deploy, run and manage Oracle and non-Oracle workloads.·Using a third-party tool, Tugboat Logic, completed all documentation for a HIPAA implementation·Key clients: Utah State Medicaid, Safety and Transportation, King County Washington, Ancestry.com, City of Las Vegas, Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE).

•Developing Cloud services offering on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP, Bare Metal) for the Department of Technical Services (DTS) and the agencies it supports.•Productizing Cloud offerings so agencies could easily adopt or consume the technology to reduce support costs and retain a high level of application security and reliability.

·By special assignment, conducted a thorough 1-year assessment of Utah State Board of Ed IT systems, applications, roles, responsibilities, security profiles, standards implementation (HIPAA, FISMA, FERPA, NIST, CJIS), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), projects, processes, resource allocation, and staff makeup. A lengthy, final report was delivered containing recommendations and shortcomings.·Developed an architecture, system design, project plan, legislative proposal and budget for a 4-year project to replace 24 of 28 USBE applications and systems. The $17m funding request was approved by the Utah legislature as part of the 2019 legislative session.

·Hired to clean up systems, processes, policies and personnel in the aftermath of 2012 Medicaid breach; 275,000 Utah Medicaid members exposed.·Created new DevOps culture around Scrum.
