Reports had to be scrutinised for inaccuracies in the data such as batch numbers not conforming to norms, multiple expiry dates for the same batch, stock holding and despatches totalling more than had ever been received, receipt volumes differing from ordered volumes and other information that could identify errors before stock taking even began.• Assisted in the creation and maintenance of all operational processes to allow the efficient mobilisation of workforce and despatch of emergency medical supplies on behalf of public health England in the event of a sudden and localised emergency where stock must be delivered anywhere anytime within 5 hours of notification and during a major emergency or a sustained nationwide pandemic where 60,000 pallets would suddenly need to be despatched along with additional receipts and despatches of c.10,000 pallets within a 6 month period.• Completed due diligence audits of all aspects of 20 locations across the country.
