Management of Chromatography production delivering £30 million turnover.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, budget and control output from the Maidstone manufacturing facility ensuring optimum production efficiency and alignment with liquidation targets and customer demand.• Coordinate projects and prioritise the need for capital investment in plant, personnel and equipment to enable production output levels to be improved.• Ensure plant and equipment is available for use as required and is compliant with regulatory requirements.• Coordinate staff to follow ISO protocols and procedures along with maintaining and auditing the system.• Management and development of lean manufacturing teams, projects and sustainability.
