Guest Experience Concierge / Team Trainer / Corporate Groups Liaison
CurrentFull-service concierge responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for guests at five-star, five-diamond Newport Coast resort, owned and operated by the Irvine Company. Work directly with guests, luxury travel agents, personal assistants, executive assistants, and corporate group program directors prior to arrival and throughout stay. Coordinate on-property and off-property logistics and activities including arrival and departure transportation, golf, spa, dining, shopping, and local events and attractions throughout Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles Counties. Develop and maintain relationships with VIP, repeat, high-expectation and long-stay guests. Coordinate on-property and off-property activities for corporate and leisure groups. Work closely with all resort departments to ensure an optimum guest experience. Communication and billing logistics with outside partners related to transportation, activities bookings, private charters, childcare, catering, emergency care and special events. New team member training and mentoring. Strong emphasis on attention to detail, working with short deadlines, critical thinking and problem solving, managing multiple incoming communication streams, and successfully prioritizing constantly evolving hourly and daily priorities. Comprehensive written and verbal communication related to logistics and day-to-day relationships.
