Server/Bartender At The Stage Burbank
CurrentAt The Stage Fusion in Downtown Burbank, I run dual service. Both bartending for my and other servers’ cocktails as well as waiting my own individual tables during the process. This job is a little more of a family style mom and pop restaurant. We have live music and large gatherings. As we are a reservation first location that serves a multitude of different wines and elegant Armenian/Italian dishes. Most of the server’s job sees us taking customer orders and calling them back to the kitchen and barbecue staff. As well as constant cleaning and restocking of the server areas, coolers, and bar tops. And to top it all off, at the end of the night to cap off our large gatherings, we serve coffee and teas, as well as cutting large cakes and serving them to our parties. This job is a little more relaxed and smoother paced than my previous experiences with restaurant/server jobs in the past. One of my favorite things about working at this store is the diversity of culture I get to encounter on a day-to-day basis.
