• Successfully delivered Early Deliverable documentation required for the sail-away phase two weeks prior to the deadline. • Provided the start up and commissioning documentation prior to it’s requirement• Wrote Final Documentation and Document Control specifications and procedures• Instigated a Final Documentation reporting system to demonstrate to Senior Project Management progress and scope of remaining work• Ensured that the FD packages were compliant with all of ExxonMobil specifications and requirements• Implemented Final Document reviews and audits throughout the project at timely intervals• Supervised cross-company DFO Coordinators in locations throughout the world

• Directly accountable to the Technical and Engineering managers of a multi discipline project based in Nigeria, with responsibility for overseeing the administration and smooth running of the project to the satisfaction of the client• Responsible for ensuring that the 3 engineering sites involved in the project fully comply with all projects-specific Document Control procedures• Liaising closely with the client's engineering and administration managers, and ensuring that all information exchanged is of the highest standard and delivered to the required timescales• Playing a key role in overseeing 3 Document Controllers and acting as an intermediary between them and the engineering sites, checking the quality and timeliness of all documentation returned• Additionally responsible for updating project procedures and manuals, particularly incorporating Company and internal comments• Producing the Final Documentation packages in accordance with the clients specifications and procedures, working closely with their Document Control team to ensure timely and accurate delivery
