My experience and development has covered most finance functions and over the last twenty years I have worked very closely with the CEO’s of several businesses forming dynamic partnerships developing and delivering their strategic plan. In particular "start up's" helping them develop their model, raise finance and closely manage and develop their business. The resulting success coming from in depth business planning to ensure resources were recognised, a critical path identified and managing the actual processes to reach the targeted result.
