As part of the Maintain and Enable portfolio within the IT department, we were responsible for managing multiple enterprise wide deployments for over 5000 employees. I worked on deployment of a Citrix XenMobile email solution that included multiple environments, as well as a Citrix 7.13 VDI environment, both utilizing a Netscaler gateway. I also acted as a liaison for the portfolio’s BPO partner coordinating issue resolution between BPO team members and the IT department.
