This enabled the introduction of 25 additional strategic initiatives, split across five strategic portfolios delivering revenue growth, operational resilience, and data integrity. • Instigated a new organisational design and team development programme to ensure capability to cater for a significant change programme. Resulted in recruitment of forty heads and the team operating across 23 projects in 2017 to 50 projects in 2020. • Managed the European growth walk change programme, incorporating 10 varied cross functional work streams, which delivered against the challenge of doubling Gross Written Premium to $400m by 2020.• Managed the sale of LSM’s Motor book, and the closure of the UK regional offices.• Worked with the Head of Strategy, Marketing & Brand on redefining who LSM is with the creation of the LSM Story and its unique selling points. Launched via a company-wide global event in London along with the Brand refresh and new product fact sheets which replaced product brochures. • Implemented the Smart Working & Collaboration programme successfully for 1000+ employees, allowing more agile ways of working & collaboration across LSM.• Coached, mentored and development of my permanent staff members helping them identify their career goals and aspirations enabling all of them to move into more senior roles.• Implemented recognition initiatives to celebrate the successes of the Change team internally and companywide

Responsible for the leadership and development of a team of 5 direct reports empowering them to deliver successful projects.• Managed the successful delivery of the office fit-out & relocation of 1000+ employees to Liberty’s HQ in 20 Fenchurch St, managing and overseeing all aspects from office design, furniture, office space layout/metrics, technology, catering, relocation logistics, communication and change management• Collaborated with a new software start up to Implement a new Drones UW product sold online across all 50 states in America, allowing LSM to sell insurance to an emerging market.• Implemented the expansion of the LSM brand via the establishment of new international operations and office set up including reinsurance license application, staffing, new office, infrastructure, HR & payroll, and governance. Zurich team acquisition, Milan, and Lloyds China offices.• Developed required change documentation such as business cases, requirements definitions, high level solution design and estimates, test plans, implementation & Change management strategies. • Led the delivery of a new Data Warehouse & analytics programme, which consolidated various data sources and delivered a self-service reporting portal. • Ensured successful delivery of LSM’s Solvency II Programmes, syndicate & company platforms.

Which allowed Sales & Marketing to deliver more targeted marketing to achieve the projected increase of $200 million in GWP • Managed the successful delivery of a companywide compliance program adhering to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards across IAG for AUS and NZ staff, impacting over 3000 employees.

The project management of various projects supporting IAGs corporate vision and goals.• Implementation of Australia’s first Insurance Franchise network across the country and maintaining IAGs retail footprint while reducing its operational expense costs. • Delivered a consistent managed IT operating environment across IAG divisions via a complete software and hardware refresh and providing greater flexibility and agility for future technology enhancements. • Implemented the redesign of all customer documentation across four national retail brands - NRMA/SGIO/SGIC/RACV which saw a reduction of 50,000 calls per month to the telephone network in relation to policy details and renewal/discount information. • Successfully launched the NRMA brand into the Tasmanian marketplace.
