I worked both to package orders and operate the autostore. I Trained 10+ warehouse associates.

Trained over 15 cashiers. Regularly operated the customer service desk completing returns, exchanges, and money transfers.

As a volunteer, I developed strong communication and leadership skills. I met and worked closely with many people from diverse cultures and countries(including Haiti, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, and India) which allowed me the opportunity to communicate and connect with many people different from myself. I mentored and led a group of 25 other volunteers to help them set and achieve goals and improve productivity.
