Currently managing Cross Street in Manchester after a successful 14 months at Deansgate One Turning an under performing store into a positive L4L sales performance of 4% building and retaining a team winning the regional length of service award for this store. Previous stores I have managed have been the best stores in the the area at year end and in the top 30 stores in the company. I have been Nominated for Centre of Excellence Manager of the year twice. I am also the Area Maestro for Manchester helping to ensure we have consistent coffee and service standards in our stores by regularly holding meetings with the store maestros and visiting stores performing audits
