My main duties are as follows:Breakdown maintenance on various plant and building equipment.Supervise the press setters and help with their training needs.Organising projects.Carrying out insurance inspections on Power Presses for Zurich Insurance.Source parts and order replacements.To keep maintenance logs up to date.Breakdown maintenance on various plant equipment and power press tooling.Make design changes to suit the customer needs.To modify old machinery in new project development.Fault diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults.Planned Preventive Maintenance.Machining at high tolerance replacement parts and tooling for High speed production machinery.

My duties as a Press Tool Engineer/Mechanical Maintenance consists of Working as part of the Engineering department, providing technical support to the Press Shop department. I am responsible for make sure power press's are safe to operate in accordance with Regulation 7& 9 (part IV of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998). I also am responsible of maintaining the Power Press's and also the different tools used in them. The role also involves problem solving and press set up for different press tools. I also maintain press tools by disassembling them, check them for damage and cross reference there dimensions with the CAD drawings for them and also if need, I am to alter them to suit customers needs. I operate a number of machines in the Engineering department for example Turning Lathes, Surface Grinders, Milling Machines and also Bench Drills to repair or produce press tool/machine parts. I am also responsible for the quality control of the components produced by the Power Press's that I set.

My duties as a Delivery Manager consists of providing excellent customer service whilst making sure my team work efficiently, safely and within legal constraints. I am responsible for the delivery fleet, planning there routs whilst making sure that they are operating safe and legal and keeping to their working time decretive and EU drivers hours regulations. I also am responsible for planned maintenance inspections as well as random weigh bridge checks. I am also responsible of the picking team where I have to monitor and challenge the team to improve pick rates and minimise admin time. I have to ensure my team is flex to achieve daily pick volume and deliver goods on time. I am responsible for ensuring my team is focused on availability, accuracy and quality when picking orders I am also responsible for contacting customers on a daily bases to keep good customer relation and service and also to notify them of any problems with their order or the service we are providing them. I make sure my team comply with legal standards and company procedures, while ensuring accurate records are maintained and filed at the correct time.

My duties as a Production Press Setter/Operator consists of material handle and assembling products in Berco's track factory. I am responsible for the quality control of my own work and materials, also ensuring all parts are available on the assemble line so as to maintain a continuous production at all times. The role also involves problem solving and press set up for different models and having the ability to be flexible by learning various jobs quickly and efficiently so as to enable maintain production targets and quality safely and effectively.Also on a accession I have been allocated the role of team leader on the production line on late shift due to team leader absence. This role consists of the safety of all operations made by employees, to make sure targets were made, and also to secure the building and grounds at the end of the shift.

My duties as a General Manager consisted of the running and promoting a Transport and Logistics company. Part of the role of Manager was to work with the public and other business on a daily bases, also attend networking meetings to try and promote the business and deal with problem solving on a daily basis. Due to Seal and Deliver being a small business, I was also involved in the financial side of the business handling invoicing and processing. On some occasions I would also provide a hand’s on role with distributing work to the drivers and if short staffed carry out driving duties myself working as part of a team.
