Provide solution architectural leadership for several large government and telecommunication customers within the Asia-Pacific region at a project level. This has included publishing solution designs, performing solution architectural reviews, project effort planning and execution, technical leadership and guidance, after-hours technical support.

In this role I provide architectural leadership in providing solutions for Telecommunications clients within the Asia-Pacific region. This includes being fully involved with each project from inception until completion including design, estimation, development, testing and deployment.

In this role I completed software design, development, implementation and support for applications and solutions developed by Unisys NZ for Telecommunication clients within the Asia-Pacific region.

This role included the execution of software testing across a variety of Telecommunication Applications developed by Unisys for customers within the Asia-Pacific region. Ensuring that all software testing is completed to ensure a high quality solution was delivered with no or minimal reported defects ready for production deployment.

This role included the completion of daytime operational tasks along with administrative duties for IBM at the Telecom NZ Computer Operations site in Hamilton. In this role I also provided operational backup when shift staff were either away on annual leave or were off sick.

After joining the Computer Operations team at Telecom NZ in Palmerston North as a Computer Operator I was then subsequently relocating to Hamilton and promoted to Senior Computer Operator. Both of these roles included performing online and batch related computer operational tasks on a rotating shift roster.
