Shine Cymru has been established to help support young adults with ASD and other moderate to complex learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Shine Cymru has no upper age limit, but to initially access our service the young adult would need to be under the age of 26. This ensures the young adults remain within an age appropriate environment. The centre provides individuals with opportunities to improve confidence, independence, life skills, literacy and numeracy skills, decision making skills and work related skills. This is provided by a package of in house activities, community based activities, education, and supported work placements. Each individual will have a needs based assessment and given a bespoke, person centered package to help them reach their personal outcomes. Each individual will have regular reviews to monitor progress.

To initiate and sustain positive working relationships with local employers and their professional bodies to market the full range of Careers Wales services.
