I am a retired police officer with 30 years operational experience across a number of disciplines including response and neighbourhood policing, roads policing and custody. After retirement I returned to the police service as a trainer specialising in training police custody as well as providing assessment and quality assurance across many more subjects and awards.I now use my skills and experiences in the fields of training and assessing, including end-point assessments through my own training company, Merlot Training & Assessment Ltd.
