I specialise in damage restoration, damage management and specialist cleaning. This often means I am not the person anyone really wants to see, because it generally means something has gone terribly wrong. However, I make it my mission to put people at ease in stressful situations and identify the solutions that work best for everyone involved.It’s not always that way though, as my services also involve mitigating damages by identifying issues and resolving them before they become a bigger problem.I pride myself in being able to identify solutions, oversee projects through to the end, keeping clients up to date and delivering what we say we will deliver. I genuinely care about the work I do.I have 23 years of industry experience, in technical and managerial roles. So I have a huge amount of knowledge of the industry as well as strong leadership qualities. I started my own business, Vinci Response Services in December 2019 as I wanted to continue working in this industry and felt strongly about providing a reliable and honest service.I feel incredibly lucky to be able to not only run and grow my own business, but also do a job I thoroughly enjoy and I genuinely mean that. No two days are the same in this job. I am good at problem solving and appreciate there is no one size fits all in this industry - I can think outside of the box in the most difficult situations to resolve problems, in an ever changing industry.I have built great relationships with clients, resulting in them only using us for any services they need. It is important to me that people find me professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.I plan to continue to grow the business, with a workforce that has the same work ethic as I do.When I am not working I am at my happiest when spending time with my family and my dog.
