I have almost 25 years of experience in the tile industry, I was appointed Sales Director at just 32 years old and have enjoyed successful sales growth year on year ever since. I take great pride in ensuring the customer experience doesn't suffer as a result of growth, creating processes and ensuring they are implemented effectively. In addition to overseeing the sales team I also managed key accounts such as Homebase, Grafton Group and Keepmoat Construction. My greatest achievement is running 300 km in 30 days back in April 2017, this meant a 10 km run every day and I had a stress fracture in my foot after day 10, I was determined to complete the task and raised £5,000 for Cancer Research as a result.
