Managed a technology based company that is constantly changing, including the sales of: wireless phones, tablets, home phone services, fleet trackers, accessories, internet solutions.• District(Northern Utah, 6 stores) maintains 9% year over year growth as a standard. Growth numbers increased by an average of 14% annually from 2012 to 2013. This was achieved by changing the way we interact with our customers. My role was facilitating trainings to position Verizon Wireless as a technology solutions company versus a company that only sells cell phones.• Increased sales from 9 million in 2010 to 13 million in 2013.• Monitored and prepared daily, monthly and quarterly sales projections. The monthly forecast also includes individual store goals and ideas for growth. Thedistrict consistently increased both total sales and gross income.• In 2011 and 2012 was the district lead for development and recognition programs. I was able to find high potential sales representatives and assistant managers to go through a year long development course. The course included a step by step plan that would help individuals prepare and be successful at the next level. Coaching and mentoring was the key to my success for this program. At the end of the year long program I was able to have 6 individuals promoted. For the recognition program I was in charge of the quarterly sales rallies. The sales rallies included awards for top performances in major key performance indicators.• In 2013 I was in charge of the district budget. I gained and refined my analyst skills by managing a district budget.
