• Running mob/de-mob meetings for offshore/offsite scopes – providing the engineers with the relevant documents and procedures to work safely while offsite, and collating punches/Field Issue Logs on their return.• Raising the necessary support tickets when offshore/onsite issues are observed (Ghost ticket system) • Mobilising consumables, test, rental & client owned equipment when required for offshore/onshore scopes (PMRs and commissioning etc)• Providing basic problem-solving solutions and technical advice in the first instance before escalating to the relevant engineering discipline.

• Conversion of Purchase Orders to Sales Orders in Oracle Pascal MRP system. Ensuring that the correct demand is pulling through to both our purchasing department and workshop team/planners, to drive effective On Time Delivery (OTD) and fulfil our contractual agreements with the customer • Managing and pacing project completion costs (hours & physical inventory), decreasing margin erosion and addressing any potential overspends where applicable. Increasing project margin through the implementation of the Variation Order Request (VOR) when scope creep is highlighted to me by engineering, sourcing, or the workshop team• Releasing invoices to the client upon work scope completion along with any required back-up documentation (timesheets, engineering reports and MRBs). Reducing any potential past due invoices (PDs) and encouraging on time payment by the client• Responsible for driving PD issue closure and overall cash collection for Oilfield Equipment (OFE) section of the business• Raising of Purchase Orders through the ARIBA buying system – inclusive of personnel hire, calibrations, third party equipment hires and consumables• Participating in client project reviews and status updates over Microsoft Teams. Leading such meetings when the Project Manager is on annual leave etc. •Assisting with the training and integration of new hires into the company – requesting the relevant Oracle & system permissions, while ensuring any necessary training documents are distributed. Dedicating time to explain the MRP system and business processes

• Attending/chairing sourcing meetings; taking minutes and providing procurement / logistical support to internal manufacturing bodies• Closing out sales order lines and projects in Oracle to ensure on-time delivery of products and timely invoicing, maximising our OTD capability and aiding in reaching our KPIs• Data manipulation and handling- analysing financial and inventory data to ensure that the project is on track financially and that all the required mechanical parts are on hand or on PO with adequate promised dates to fit the schedule (606 walk)• Liaising with BHGE subsidiaries in Nigeria, Australia, North America & Latin America; providing support and guidance on complex intercountry scopes• Assisting the regions with Oracle/Tableau related issues and, if unable to provide a fix, referring them to the appropriate team
